About Dive Works Subsea Solutions
Dive Works is an Australian commercial diving and ROV services provider, delivering offshore inspection, marine salvage, and aquaculture support to clients who depend on work being done right below the surface.
The business has built a genuine track record in the field including standout projects like reservoir and dam inspections and a Cessna aircraft recovery, but none of that was reflected online. The site hadn’t been rebuilt or meaningfully updated in a long time.
Extreme Marketing rebuilt the website from the ground up, with a design and structure built to be found giving each service line (ROV operations, subsea inspection, marine salvage, net cleaning) its own findable page and laying the technical SEO foundation for a site Google had never properly evaluated before.

The Challenge
Despite decades of offshore and commercial diving experience, Dive Works faced a common issue for specialised technical operators:
- A website that had gone untouched for some time, out of step with a modern offshore and aquaculture client base
- No visibility for high-value technical searches like “subsea services” or “ROV services”
- Real project history -reservoir inspections, marine salvage, a Cessna recovery buried where clients and search engines couldn’t easily find them
- Minimal referral traffic

The Extreme Marketing Strategy
Our approach focused on giving Dive Works a website that could carry its offshore reputation into search through:
Website Rebuild & Structure
- Rebuilt the site around how offshore and aquaculture clients actually search and buy
- Gave each service line its own dedicated, findable page
- Restructured navigation and content to support both users and search engines
SEO Built for a Technical Industry
- Targeted high-intent keywords across ROV services, subsea inspection, and marine salvage
- Optimised technical SEO to improve crawlability and indexing
- Built content aligned with industry search behaviour, not just brand terms
Authority & Content Strategy
- Laid groundwork to showcase real project stories, reservoir inspections, the Cessna recovery, client testimonials
- Built a content roadmap around ROV, inspection, and aquaculture topics
- Positioned Dive Works for reach beyond Australia, in markets already showing early traffic
The Results
What The Rebuild Fixed
- Gave the site a technical SEO foundation it never had, so Google can properly crawl, index and rank each service line
- Replaced a single-channel, word-of-mouth-dependent site with one now drawing visitors through organic search, direct, referral and social
- Structured each service -ROV operations, subsea inspection, marine salvage, net cleaning — as its own findable page, instead of everything competing for attention on one
- Built a foundation that compounds: every future blog post, service page or project story now has somewhere real to rank, rather than disappearing into an unindexed site
